Synopsis of Gipsy Caravan: A 100 Years’ Story by Jean Westlake:

By patient investigation of family archives, Ernest Westlake’s grand-daughter ‘Jean Westlake’ has been able to bring together the facts of the relationship between the his caravan and her family, its repairs and renovations over the years, their cost, the Quaker determination that saved it from sale and destruction, the uses made of it- all culminating in survival.

Jean Westlake is also the author of Sandy Balls for All Seasons.
